This blog is dedicated to recipes that can be used by those on the Dukan Diet; a low-carb, low-fat diet. There are tons of free online resources that are available to you containing specifics about the diet that can be found with a simple Google search so I will not bore you with them here (one GREAT example is http://www.mydukandiet.com). Chances are, you’re here because you’re already on the diet & want to find new and creative ways to prepare Dukan-friendly meals!
As a note, all recipes were created from my personal experience only. I have found that with these recipes, I was able to continue to lose weight on the Dukan Diet or, at the least, maintain my weight. To the best of my personal knowledge, I have created the recipes with the rules of the Dukan Diet in mind but some may not be entirely based on the rules. Some recipes may incorporate or be inspired by other recipes. In any case, I will cite the website in which they were originally found.
