  1. I’ve made this twice and end up with a fully cooked cake. Ends up being more brownie like than lava like-any suggestion? I’ve even decreased cook time to 15mins. Flavor is awesome as usual!

    1. That’s strange.. sometimes I think my oven bakes everything slower than others. It may be because it’s electric. Anyway, I would try checking on the cake every few minutes and remove it from the oven once it gets to the gooey-center state. Good luck! Let me know how it goes!

  2. Love this, finally a chocolate baked treat that doesn’t taste “egg whitish” And has a normal texture! Since making it the first time yesterday this might be my breakfast for days to come. I was getting so tired of eggs 100 ways and turkey bacon 😉 thanks so much! I did find it cooked fully for me at minimum bake time so having no sugar free chocolate sauce I topped it with snak pak brand chocolate pudding as it is Splenda based. I took it our earlier today ( 11 mins.) and it was molten in the center but think I like it best baked with pudding topping..it seems to last longer that way 😉 yum! Your blog has been tremendously helpful.
